Recent Projects & Consultations


Framptons provides consultancy for individuals, companies and trusts who seek to gain planning permission for their particular project.  We have many applications currently submitted within the planning system, with many local planning authorities, on both a domestic and commercial scale. The resources of Framptons are tailored accordingly.

For larger projects we generally recommend to  Clients that some form of public engagement is undertaken prior to the submission of the planning application. A public exhibition can be a very effective means to explain development proposals to the local community. At Framptons we have the in-house resources to arrange public exhibitions and to engage local media. Following an exhibition a Statement of Community Involvement is prepared and submitted to the local planning authority. Details of recent exhibitions held by Framptons are displayed below:
