Our team wishes to use the event on 16th February 2016 as a forum to inform local residents of the outline planning application that has been submitted on the site at the Land West of Elizabeth Way, Trowbridge for:
“Development comprising up to 210 homes; new access (2) from the newly constructed Elizabeth Way; new open space and associated infrastructure. All matters reserved save for access.”
This outline planning application has been given the application reference 16/00672/OUT.
We welcome your comments on these proposals and would ask you to complete and return a comments form if you wish to express an opinion on the proposals at this stage. You may make your comments online using the web link to the right.
We will provide the Council with a report which sets out the range of comments expressed at this exhibition.

If the application is granted planning permission, there will be a legal agreement entered into with Wiltshire Council (called a Section 106 Agreement) which is likely to secure the delivery of, amongst other things, affordable housing, public open space/play facilities, and contributions towards education facilities.
