Peter has over 30 years experience in town and country planning. Prior to 1982 he held a senior position with a district planning authority. He has extensive expertise in providing planning consultancy across a wide spectrum of development situations. He regularly acts in the capacity of expert planning witness at public inquiries, hearings and in planning matters relating to litigation and compulsory purchase.
Greg Mitchell has over 30 years experience in town and country planning, principally within the private sector and development industry. His experience relates particularly to large housing, retail and commercial developments and includes providing strategic and technical planning advice; project management of large scale development schemes in respect of planning promotion and implementation; leading multi-disciplinary teams; and acting as an expert witness.
Peter Bateman joined Framptons as Senior Planner in April 2012 and became an Associate Director within the Practice in August 2016. Prior to joining Framptons Peter held a senior position at a local authority for 10 years. Peter is involved with many development projects ranging from complex and large scale housing schemes and major commercial developments.
Louise joined Framptons as an Associate in October 2013 and became Associate Director in August 2016. With 14 years of experience in town and country planning at a senior level, Louise has led an array of large projects across Residential, Housing and Commercial Developments. In recent years she has worked for high profile clients on projects within The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster City Council and The London Borough of Lambeth. Amongst her varied experience, she obtained planning permission for the first Hindu Faith primary school in Harrow and a 200,000 sq ft office redevelopment within St James Square, Westminster. Louise has managed project teams in pursuing planning applications for major development within the South East of England.
Alex Barter joined Framptons in January 2013 and became a Senior Planner within the Practice in August 2015. Prior to joining Framptons Alex worked in a private planning consultancy specialising in minerals and waste and rural planning, including working on Environmental Impact Assessments. Alex has built on this experience and is involved in a wide range of large and small scale projects including residential, commercial, equestrian, rural, leisure and retail.
